1. Catch up on old memories with Pop! Share 10 things you remember about him and watch the bond between you grow!
2. Every Pop loves to eat, but instead of taking him to a restaurant, see if you can get him in the kitchen with you to cook up something together. Be creative and cook something you’ve never cooked before, throw in a couple of beers (if you’re over 21) and let the fun begin!
3. Grab some non-toxic paint and slap some across your Pop’s feet! That’s right, you heard me!! He’ll look at you like you’re crazy…at first…but then ask him to stand on a large thick white paper or canvas, then paint your own feet and stand next to his.  Those two pairs of footprints will be symbolic memories of journey’s past and present, for years to come!
4. Nothing better than capturing moments with your Pop! Grab a camera and take turns photographing each other or turn the camera around and get some together (hopefully). Or, you can really have fun and go into the city or town where he lives. ask every other person to take a picture of you two in front of your favorite places together. It might feel odd at first, asking a stranger to take your picture but after about the 3rd one, you’ll get over it!
5. If you are really internet savvy, try going online and finding some of the best moments in sports you can find (like Michael Jordan replays) and edit them together on a removable hard-drive or dvd. The two of you will have a great time discussing (or playfully fussing) your favorite players and moves!
